This procedure involves a specialized piece of machinery ideally suited for semi and fully automatic welding processes. This machine together with a range of accessory equipment is readily adapted to continuous weld applications associated with fabrication or refurbishment of equipment.

Dix Manufacturing Group are equipped to carry out the above mentioned forms of welding. Site work is also available with a fully equipped mobile workshop.

Carbon Arc Gouging

This is a process whereby a carbon electrode and compressed air are used to remove carbon steel material.
