This ERP Management System is invaluable to us int he preparation of tenders and contract management by providing a structured, transparent and traceable planning platform. This platform enables quality control and compliance to be carried out during the manufacturing phase of each of the component parts and sub-assemblies right through to the final overall unit assembly. Through this pathway it is also possible for us to provide inspection records to customers upon request for their own personal internal records or as a verification of compliance, further more batch and serial number traceability of manufactured products can also be provided when this is beneficial to us or requested by our customers.

Here at Dic Manufacturing Group we are equipped with an Overhead Crane Capacity of up to 10 tonne and we have specialist tradesmen who are also skilled in the manufacturing pf Pressure Vessels to the Australian Standard AS1210 & AS4458

In some instances external supply chain management is central to our manufacturing process as our business policy is to engage with specialist service providers where necessary in order to allow for the highest possible standard of product to be produced at a market competitive price.

Our Production and planning personnel are trained in and utilise the Solid Edge Drawing package to assist with design and the integrity of information that is being transferred to our external service producers such as laser Processing and Engineering Design Certification. Other external supply chain service available through DIC include CNC Machined components, Surface treatment, Welding Inspection and Certification
