Dix Manufacturing Group has recently installed a new sophisticated Visual Performance Measure display board which publishes meaningful outputs that have a direct impact on the company’s performance. Areas such as Production Efficiency, Quality, Labour Utilisation, Delivery, 5S and Safety are displayed in a bid to directly influence staff activities on the shop floor.
